Who we are

PharmaSold is a business name of Rxperts MedsCheck Services Inc., an Ontario corporation. Questions about this notice can go to deals@pharmasold.com or 647-801-7687.

What we collect

Only what you send us through our forms or directly: your name, contact details, the general location and size of your pharmacy, your timeline, and any notes you add. We do not ask for financial statements through this website, and we do not collect patient information.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare your valuation.
• For buyers, to verify you and share opportunities that match what you told us.

We do not sell your information, and we never share an owner's details or pharmacy information with a buyer or anyone else without the owner's permission.

How it is stored

Form submissions are delivered to our business email through a form-processing service and are kept only as long as we need them for the purposes above. Financial documents are exchanged separately, after a confidentiality agreement is signed.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email deals@pharmasold.com and we'll act on it promptly.
